In observance of Memorial Day, the University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center will be open for emergencies only.
The Small Animal Hospital will accept any patients with life-threatening illnesses and injuries from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. throughout the holiday weekend. Due to temporary staffing shortages, the Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care Service will only treat current Veterinary Health Center patients between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
The Large Animal Hospital will remain open for emergency cases 24 hours per day throughout the weekend.
